For real estate agencies
Put a face on every viewing confirmation.
Buyers meet your agents by email long before they meet them at the door. An animated signature puts the agent's photo, direct line and this week's open house under every message they send.
Free for a month. No card needed.
- The agent's own photo, in the design's motion
- WhatsApp and a calendar link among the icons
- This week's open house, ending Sunday at midnight
The short answer
What should a real estate agency's email signature do?
Put the agent in front of the buyer: a photo, a direct line and WhatsApp, the agency's name and logo, and one current ask, such as a viewing or a free valuation. Keep it 320 pixels wide so it never shrinks a message on a phone, and make sure any animation rests on a finished picture, because some Outlook setups show only the first frame.
No industry mode
Same product. Three choices make it yours.
- 01
The design
Design 5 stands the agent tall beside a leaning rail, so the face leads and the logo follows. Any of the ten designs will do the job; this one gives a photo the most room.
- 02
The five icons
WhatsApp and a calendar link do more for a buyer than Facebook does. Choose five of the ten networks, matched to how your buyers actually reach you.
- 03
The ask
One banner under the card: a viewing, a free valuation, this weekend's open house. Run it as a campaign and it changes by date, with nobody re-pasting a signature.
The property year
Twelve months of asks, set once.
A campaign is a banner with a start date, an end date and a priority. The signature carries one slot, and whichever campaign is live fills it at the moment an email is opened.
- Free valuationLow priorityFree valuation: all year at low priority, the banner that shows whenever nothing else is scheduled.
- Spring listingsHigh prioritySpring listings: March to May at high priority.
- Open house weekendsMedium priorityOpen house weekends: one weekend at a time at medium priority, each ending at midnight on the Sunday.
- Autumn marketHigh priorityAutumn market: mid-September to mid-November at high priority.
- Year-end reviewMedium priorityYear-end review: December at medium priority.
- Dates are calendar days. An end date is the midnight after its last day, so Sunday's open house is gone on Monday morning.
- Priority settles overlaps. High beats medium beats low, and a tie goes to the campaign that started later.
- Nothing to re-paste. Once an agent's signature carries the slot, a new campaign reaches every email they have already sent the next time it is opened.
A checklist
What every property email should carry.
A photo of the agent
Buyers are choosing a person as much as a property. A face turns a name in the inbox into somebody they have met.
A direct line and WhatsApp
The office number helps nobody at seven in the evening. WhatsApp is one of the ten networks, and it opens a chat rather than a form.
The agency, kept small
The name and the logo, so the email is unmistakably yours, without competing with the agent for attention.
One current ask
A viewing, a valuation or an open house. One, because a signature that asks for three things tends to get none of them.
Nothing that breaks on a phone
Buyers read on the move. Every design is 320 pixels wide, the narrowest phone still in use, so the message never shrinks to fit the signature.
Branches and teams
One design. One palette. Every agent.
Consistency comes from choices rather than control. Each agent builds their own signature with the same design, the same palette and the agency's logo, which today means sharing a short brand sheet. Setting it once for everyone is part of Teams, on our roadmap and not in the product yet.

Measured, never guessed
Which listing got the clicks?
With link tracking on, every link in the signature is counted when somebody follows it: the website, WhatsApp, the calendar, the banner. Where the click came from is kept as a count per country and device, with no address and nothing that identifies a person.
Opens are never tracked. There is no pixel in any signature, and a click is the better signal anyway: somebody chose it.

Questions
What agencies ask first
Can each agent run their own open-house banner?
Yes. Every account has its own campaigns, so an agent can schedule an open-house banner for one weekend without touching anybody else's signature. It ends at midnight after the last day they set.
Will buyers on iPhones see the animation?
Apple Mail on the iPhone plays animated images, and so do Gmail and Outlook on the phone. Where a client does not animate, it shows the first frame, and every design is built so that the first frame is the finished picture.
Our office uses Outlook. Is that a problem?
No. Current versions of Outlook play animated images unless animation effects are switched off in Windows, and older versions show only the first frame. Either way the signature arrives complete, because that first frame is the finished photo rather than a blank one.
Can the whole agency use one design?
Yes, by agreement rather than by control. Each agent picks the same design, colours and logo in their own account. Setting it once for everyone is part of Teams, which is on the roadmap and not in the product yet.
Do you track when a buyer opens an email?
No. There is no tracking pixel in any signature. Clicks on the signature's links are counted as totals per link while link tracking is on, and it can be switched off at any time.
What does it cost per agent?
One plan per person: £2.99 a month, or £29.99 a year. The first month is free, and no card is needed to start.
Sign every viewing with a face.
Your agents already send the emails. The signature is the part they write once.
