How it works, exactly.

- The width and spacing are the design's, so they cannot drift from person to person.
- Gradients fall back to a flat colour in Outlook, which draws none.

Can I use my brand font?
Only if your readers have it installed, which almost no web font is. The builder offers ten fonts that are on nearly every device, so the signature looks the same in every inbox.
Can I set colours for dark mode?
Yes. Each design has a light and a dark palette, and you can preview both in the builder.
Can my whole team use the same brand?

Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload it once, as a PNG with transparency if you have one, and every design places it where it was drawn to go.
