Questions
About this template
Is anything about patients stored?
No. A signature holds your own details, and clicks are counted as totals per link, with a country and a kind of device, never with a name or an email address. Nothing about who you write to is kept.
Should a clinic's signature carry health advice?
Keep it to a link. A banner can point to the clinic's own advice pages, which are kept up to date, rather than putting guidance in the signature itself.
Can reception staff use the same design?
Each person makes their own signature, with the same design and colours. Shared team signatures, managed centrally, are not in the product yet.
